We will notify you once the order is shipped. We ship orders via EMS for International Orders (please let us know if you have other shipping method) and JNE for Local Orders.
Please allow 10-12 business days (International Orders) or 2-5 business days (Local Orders) for shipping and delivery.
We will also notify the shipping cost which will be charged to you in addition to the price of the products.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY up to 14 business days for International Orders and 7 business days for Local Orders from the delivery date. Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS. Returns will only be accepted if all tags attached are still attached and packaging is still in good condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details on exchanging your item. Exchanged items will not be credited for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to UNTOLD Head Office. Once received, we will send out your exchange.
If we send you a damaged or incorrectly shipped product please contact us immediately. Defective products or products you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if UNTOLD are not at fault. If a different size is desired, UNTOLD will issue an exchange for the return in that item. However, we are not responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an exchange in size.
Sale items are final and are not returnable.
